When exploring Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee, a rural village about 30 miles from Nashville, one of the things I first noticed was the amount of American flags blowing in the wind. Within the historic district, there are a few stores, art galleries, and restaurants, and it seemed like almost every establishment had at least some form of the Stars and Stripes on display.

Have you noticed small towns in the United States tend to have a fair few American flags flying? I really enjoyed making it a scavenger hunt to capture all the red, white, and blue in Leiper’s Fork.
